<h2>14-day money-back promise</h2>
<p>If Sablefilm is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full price, no questions asked. Email us and include your order number.</p>
<h2>How refunds work</h2>
<ul><li>Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.</li><li>When we refund an order, the licence for that order is deactivated and the app will stop activating on your devices.</li></ul>
<h2>Your legal rights</h2>
<p>This promise is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is faulty, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that cannot be done, to a price reduction or refund.</p>
