Shipping policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

Digital delivery only

Sablefilm is a digital product. Nothing is posted to you and there are no shipping charges.

How you receive it

After your payment is confirmed, we email you a secure download link and your licence key. This normally arrives within a few minutes. The download link is personal to you, may expire after a period of time and may be limited to a number of downloads. If it expires, contact us and we will send a new one.

Not received it?

Check your spam folder first. If nothing has arrived after an hour, email sablefilmapp@gmail.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
